Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees

The cancellation policy is defined as follows,
based on the timing of the cancellation.

Up to 72 hours before the arrival time (after payment, based on Japan Standard Time)

You will receive a 70% refund of the service fee. (Actual costs incurred will be charged, and a 2% currency conversion fee will be borne by the customer.)

*Refunds of the service fee during peak seasons are limited to 60%.

48–24 hours prior to the arrival time(based on Japan Standard Time)

You will receive a 30% refund of the service fee. (Actual costs incurred will be charged and a 2% currency conversion fee will be borne by the customer.)

24 hours prior to the arrival time(based on Japan Standard Time)

No refund will be issued (0% refund).
(Actual costs incurred will be charged and a 2% currency conversion fee will be borne by the customer.)

Force Majeure Clause

In cases of severe weather, major disruptions, or other force majeure events, only actual costs will be deducted, and 50% of the service fee will be issued as credit toward your next booking.



Provider‑Initiated Cancellation

If the service is canceled due to my own circumstances, you will receive a full refund plus an additional 10% credit applicable to your next booking.
